SLG-49 Hydraulic Grapple – Technical Specifications

The SLG-49 hydraulic grapple is engineered for demanding material handling applications, delivering strong clamping force, precise control, and reliable performance in harsh environments.

Machine Compatibility
Suitable for skid steer loaders in the 20–75 HP range, with a universal quick-attach plate allowing seamless integration across most machines.

Hydraulic System
Operates within a working pressure range of 16–24 MPa, with standard 1/2” flat-face quick couplers for fast connection. The system is controlled via a 12V DC electromagnetic valve, ensuring responsive and reliable operation.

Construction & Durability
Manufactured from 6–10 mm thick high-quality alloy structural steel, providing excellent strength, rigidity, and wear resistance. The curved cantilever bracket design improves structural stability during operation.

Performance Capabilities
The grapple features a maximum opening of 1235 mm and can securely clamp materials down to 78 mm diameter. A high-pressure 50 mm cylinder delivers up to 4,300 kg of clamping force, with a maximum lifting capacity of 1,500 kg.

Rotation & Control
Equipped with a 3-tonne rated 360° hydraulic rotating motor, allowing full control and positioning of materials. Boundary-lubricated bearings ensure reliable operation even in low-maintenance conditions.

Construction & Durability
Built from 8–20 mm thick alloy structural steel, ensuring high durability and resistance to wear. Key components include a reinforced base plate (20 mm thick) and an 80 mm main shaft for added strength in heavy-duty applications.

Screening Performance
Capable of processing material sizes from 61 mm up to 714 mm, with a drum rotation speed of approximately 20 rpm. The cycloidal gear-driven system ensures consistent and efficient screening performance.
